Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and CKT Ventures, LLC ("we"), which makes Wazzadoo!. They cover the Wazzadoo app and wazzadoo.com. By using them, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

What Wazzadoo is

• Wazzadoo helps families find camps and programs for school breaks and days off, matched to a school calendar.
• We don't run camps, take registrations or take payments for camps. When you tap a camp's sign-up link, you go to that camp's own website, and your agreement for the camp is with the camp.
• Opening a link, saving a camp, adding it to a plan or getting a reminder never registers anyone. Only you can register, on the camp's site.

Camp information

• We check dates, hours, ages and prices against each camp's own website and show when they were last checked. Camps change things, and we can make mistakes, so always confirm details with the camp before you rely on them.
• School calendar dates come from the schools' official calendars and can change, for example after a storm. Dates marked tentative may move.
• Listings marked Featured are paid placements by camps. Paying never changes which camps match your search, their order in results, or their verification. See Featured terms for camps.
• A listing isn't an endorsement. We don't supervise camps or check their staff, safety, licensing or insurance. Choosing a camp is your decision.

Your account

• You need an account only to save, plan, share with your family or get reminders. You must be an adult (18 or older) to have one.
• Keep your sign-in email secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• When the family owner invites someone, they can see what their role allows: caregivers can see and edit plans; helpers see the schedule and rides. The owner can remove caregivers and helpers at any time, and anyone can leave a family they've joined.
• Kid labels are optional. Please don't enter a child's name, birth date, school or other identifying details.
• You can delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete my account). If you own a family that has other caregivers, first make one of them the owner or delete the family.

Reminders

Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee. A notification can be late or not arrive (for example, if notifications are off or your phone is offline), and camps can change their dates. Don't rely on Wazzadoo alone for a deadline that matters to you.

Wazzadoo Plus

If we offer Wazzadoo Plus, it's sold through Apple's App Store or Google Play under their terms, including how you cancel and get refunds. Searching, saving, plans and basic reminders stay free.

Using Wazzadoo fairly

Don't misuse Wazzadoo: no scraping or copying the catalog in bulk, no attempts to get into other families' information or our systems, no false information to camps or us, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our content

Wazzadoo's design, Scout, our summaries and the way we organize camp information belong to CKT Ventures, LLC. Camp names, logos and website content belong to the camps.

No warranty, and limits on liability

Wazzadoo is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be error-free or always available, and we aren't responsible for camps, their programs, their registration systems, or anything that happens at a camp. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about Wazzadoo is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and for important changes we'll tell you in the app before they take effect. You can stop using Wazzadoo and delete your account at any time. We may stop offering Wazzadoo or parts of it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
